Bolt repeats as Olympic 100m champion

LONDON, CMC – Jamaican Usain Bolt stunned the field in the men’s Olympic 100 metres to repeat as champion at the 30th Olympiad here Sunday night.
The 25-year-old clocked 9.63 seconds – the year’s fastest time and new Olympic record – to finish ahead of training partner and fellow Jamaica Yohan Blake who clocked 9.75 seconds.
Resurgent American Justin Gatlin picked up bronze in 9.79 seconds.
