Commissioners named

GEORGETOWN, Guyana, Aug 20, CMC – Former Chief Justice of Jamaica, Lensley Wolfe O.J., is among three prominent Caribbean nationals named by the Guyana-based Caribbean Community (CARICOM) Secretariat to serve on a Commission of Inquiry into the killings of three people during protest action in the mining town of Linden last month.
In a statement, the CARICOM Secretariat said the recommendations followed a request from the Donald Ramotar administration.
The other two members are former Jamaica minister KD Knight S.C and Trinidadian Senior Counsel Dana Seetahal.
