The Bahamas is known for its warm blissful weather, white beaches and clear blue waters which makes it the most popular holiday destination in the world. This vacation hotspot is soon to have and added attraction which is the biggest Caribbean project to-date, the Baha Mar which will be a casino resort.
The Baha Mar is set to be the Caribbean’s largest casino rivalling the best and biggest casinos in Las Vegas, Macau and Monte Carlo.
The Caribbean itself is a stunning place but now has an added attraction with the Baha Mar resort and casino promises to give you the ultimate slot machine experience as it features more than 1,140 slot machines featuring the most modern, advanced and classic games. The casino also promises 125 table games including the most popular games; blackjack and baccarat (if you’re interested in getting more tips on how to play blackjack check this out).
The Baha Mar is hoping to host a variety of exciting tournaments and events that will enhance all players gaming experience.
At the lavish Baha Mar casino you will be able to game by the pool at their exclusive Cabana club. Baha Mar resort is set to have over 2,300 rooms, fine dining restaurants and many high-end branded stores including Michael Kors, Rolex, Tiffany & Co, Starbucks, Mac and many more famous shops -just to add to the luxury factor.
This largest and priciest casino project has gained lots of interest from many parties. The project undoubtedly is very attractive to potential partners as all approvals were in order with 97 percent of construction being completed even though Baha Mar was set to open in 2014. The Caribbean project has cost 3.5 billion and has four hotels, the casino, restaurants, pools and many other attractions visitors can be amazed by.
Sarkis Izmirilian a well-known businessman was chosen to lead the Baha Mar project and China State Constriction has invested 150 million into the project yet the two investors are at slight loggerheads. The Baha Mar casino is still as of yet uncompleted but is on its way to open very soon hopefully.
Many are optimistic and positive that the project will be a huge success creating plenty of jobs and revenue for the Bahamas as a whole, as it is set to attract millions of tourists. The Prime Minister of the Bahamas, Perry Christie himself is positive for the project and excited for the grand opening of the Baha Mar.
